Your files, always safe
We take automatic backups of everything that matters — your documents, invoices, email and software — and keep them in more than one place. If something ever breaks, gets deleted, or you catch a virus, we get it all back with no drama, and without losing years of work.
A backup you've never tested is worth nothing
Almost everyone "has backups". The trouble is, plenty of them stop working for months and nobody notices, because nobody's checking. The day you actually need them, you find out they were empty. That won't happen with us.
We set up automatic backups, so nothing depends on someone remembering, and we keep them in more than one place: here at your business and offsite too, away from the premises. That way, even if there's a fire, a break-in or a virus, there's always a safe copy left.
And the most important bit: we check them every day, and every so often we run a real recovery test. If anything stops working, we're on it before you even know about it. You sleep easy — this one's on us.
When the backup saved the business
"A virus encrypted every file on a Monday morning"
Someone opened a booby-trapped email and, within minutes, a virus locked every file and demanded €15,000 to release them. Without backups, the business could have been at a standstill for who knows how long.
We cut the network so the virus couldn't spread, and because the offsite backup was protected and the virus never touched it, we restored everything exactly as it was the night before. Not a single euro was paid.
"Three years of contracts and invoices deleted by accident"
While tidying up folders, someone accidentally deleted all the legal paperwork and invoices from the last three years — and the recycle bin had already been emptied.
Because we keep a daily backup going back months, we restored the whole folder exactly as it was the previous afternoon. A matter of minutes.
"The computer with everything on it died — on a Friday afternoon"
The hard drive failed on the computer holding all the customers and orders. It's five o'clock on a Friday and the replacement part won't arrive until Tuesday. Come Monday, there'd be nothing to work from.
We spun up a full backup in the cloud in under an hour and a half. On Monday everyone carried on working from there as normal, while we waited for the new part.
"They thought they had backups — they hadn't worked in 6 months"
A business assumed their backups were running by themselves. When we checked, we found they'd been failing for half a year because of a password change nobody had updated. They'd been unprotected without knowing it.
We set up new backups that check themselves every day and flag it instantly if anything goes wrong. Now any fault is caught within the first hour, not six months later.
Everything you wouldn't want to lose
We protect what really matters to your business, wherever it lives. This is what we back up most often:
What we back up
Where we keep it
What if everything failed today?
Let's take a look together: we check what backups you have now (if any), and tell you how quickly you'd be back up and running if something went wrong. We tell you the price up front — no surprises.
