When you call, we tell you what the visit or check-up costs, at a fixed price. No small print, no "it depends".

2. A fixed quote

We take a look at what's wrong and give you a fixed quote before touching anything. If it doesn't suit you, no problem — it's your call.

3. You pay what we agreed

Not a euro more than agreed. If something unexpected comes up along the way, we'll check with you before carrying on.

Just so you have an idea: the visit with diagnosis is 36 € (VAT included) and covers the first half hour at your home or business; after that, 20 € per half hour. Everything else, always a fixed quote before we start.

Without us having to travel

If yours can be fixed without us travelling out, we do it there and then: we connect to your device with your permission and sort it out while you watch. Here's how it works:
